Entry fees: ORA member $25 Match fee. Non-ORA member $45 Activity fee plus $25 Match fee
Have your rifle zeroed and know your scope elevation setting for the distances as there will not be time to sight in.
Matches can be shot individually but are meant to be shot in a team of 2, shooter and spotter. Should you not have a partner, you will be paired with other individual participants.
Use of spotting scope is highly recommended as the spotter will be required to spot the shooters shots and relay necessary adjustments.
Bring
-lunch to minimize delay
-water
-sunscreen
-rain gear
Rifle
-Any rifle with any sight and in any caliber that meets range regulations. More than one competitor may use a firearm, provided no delay is incurred.
Sling, Bipod, Rests
-one or two point sling may be used.
-The front of the rifle may be supported by bipod or field expedient rest (pack or sandbag).
-use of a bench rest or machine rest is not allowed.
-The back of the rifle may be supported by a sand bag, field expedient rest, rabbitear bag or integral monopod.

-Minimum 80
Course of fire: approximately 5 will be designated per match depending on time/weather
200 yard Rapid follow up - Snap shooting
10 shots for score at 2x figure 14 targets. 5 exposure of 8 seconds, Random positions.
300 yard Agony snap - Snap shooting
2 sighters, 10 shots for score at 1 figure 14. 10 exposure of 3 seconds randomly over a 10 minute period. Random positions.
400 yard Moving target - Snap shooting
2 sighters, 10 shots for score at 1 figure 11. 10 exposure of 6 seconds. Direction of movement is random with 5 in each direction.
500 yards Targets of opportunity - Snap shooting
1 field expedient sighter, 10 shots for score, 5 exposures of 3 seconds at figure 11 and 5 exposure of 3 seconds at figure 12, random positions.
600 yards One shot one kill- Deliberate shooting
2 sighters, 10 for score over a 25 minute time limit between the 2 man team. Figure 11 used.
700 yards Selective fire - Deliberate shooting
2 sighters, 10 for score at a designated target over a 25 minute time limit between the 2 man team. 2x figure 11 used.
800 yards Harassing fire - Deliberate shooting
2 sighters, 10 for score at either target over a 25 minute time limit between the 2 man team. 2x figure 11 used
