To thoughs in the know is anyone familiar with the targets being used for F Class I read the notice in the ORA book and it indicates F class will be squadded with TR shooter. I would assume that means the 1min V. I am trying to figure out if I will shoot the provincial or drive to Ottawa and shoot the opening weekend long range match. Connaught uses the 1/2 min V

The ORA Annual Prize Meet is fired the weekend before the DCRA's Canadian Championships (which run 14-22 Aug).

Shoot both!

(BTW I saw the long range 1/2-sized F-Class patch in operation this past weekend; what a *difference* it makes to F-Class shooting(!!!). Seems like a good thing to me, but I would be interested to hear about any experiences to the contrary).

I understand F'ers will be squadded together and the 1/2 MOA V Bull will be used at the ORA. Daniel is correct the ORA Annual Matches are the weekend before the DCRA.

Too bad you guys are so far from here. I would love to come shoot out in Ont some time.

Well you could shoot the ORA, take a couple days off on the way to Ottawa then shoot the DCRA matches. Fly into Toronto and drive an hour to Borden, then from Borden to Ottawa it's only another 5 hours. Nothing that can't be done if you have unlimited cash and about 3 weeks holidays.

Unlimited Cash..thats a negative.
Three weeks holidays (No pay for 3 weeks)...thats a double negative.

Looks like I won't be making it.
