Order #4024399 - PAL Verification Failed

Kinda confused here... no firearms or ammunition in this order only powder so can't see what the PAL would even do with the order.
I have also checked the PAL number and date of birth I provided and both were correct so that shouldn't even be an issue. Do you guys simply not want to take my money any more?
Please give me a shout about what I would need to do to fix this, either here on the forum or by replying to the email I sent about this issue on 23 Nov.

Gonna rename my account SadPat.
I'm guessing that the lack of email reply is due to the volume of black Friday sales they got, but I hope they don't tell me to re-order at the post black Friday prices and bump my bill by $40.
 
I recently purchased a firearm, and I typed one digit on my licence number incorrectly. A store representative called me to verify my information and the transfer went through. If I'm not wrong, powder is considered ammunition, and therefore requires a PAL to acquire.

It happens when you're excited! Don't be too quick to blame Canada Ammo yet. :)

Yep, it can happen. I added an extra digit to my PAL once. (fat finger syndrome) ;)

Powder is not ammunition and only requires proof of age to purchase. OP should just call them.
