, I've ordered from them and they seem to be good to deal with. I hope they follow up on their end with the postal company. Postal service has gone to Sh*t. Glad your getting your order replaced.

Its seems pretty clear that the envelope has been through the CP ringer. Why did you go immediately to stolen? No drama here..
Padded envelope for small parts is reasonable, your problem is with CP, not the vendor. Good luck with that.

The receiver can't open a dispute with Canada Post. They'll tell you the shipper is the one who has to initiate any inquiry into lost or damaged shipments.
