Order time for restricted firearms.

Here is an update on the situation: turns out is was the wonderful CFO causing the problem with typical footdragging. Wanstalls called my wife yesterday to let her know about the problem and that they were working to resolve it. This was a big positive for my wife as she regularly deals with on-line purchasing, and for Wanstalls to put through the effort to call is a big plus in her books.

Final update: my wife's Jericho came in at 2pm Friday. She is very happy with the help received from Gary at Wanstalls and looks forward to doing business with them in the future.

Oh and be prepared to wait another week or two for the registration documents from the CFO office...needed before you can take your new purchase out for its maiden voyage.
If you call the CFO when your new hardware shows up, they might e-mail you copies. They have done it for me, and I'm in Alberta too.

I ordered a restricted pistol from P&D Friday afternoon. It was shipped Monday afternoon. Best turn around time ever for BC CFO and the retailer.

I ordered my 1st restricted weapon 1 week + 2 days ago from Wantsall, called my CFO 5 days after the order they said they hadn't received any order information from the retailer. Emailed Wantsalls and they said should have approval from CFO early this week, order still pending.

Hate to bash on the retailer, but not the 1st order that has gone wrong with these guys. Tried to order some other parts earlier this year, placed the order and about a week later they told me they were sold out.

Sorry Wantsalls, but not too impressed right now.
