Ordered CX4 from Wolverine

They are Beretta 92 mags. The originals came with 10rnd mags marked "CX$ STORM" which had to be returned for exchange as it violated the 10round rule for a carbine. Pistol mags allow 10 rounds thru the current legislation.
BTW you'll enjoy it. Lots of fun and cheap to shoot too!

I was torn between 9mm and .40, but they did not have 9mm in stock when I phoned today - so the decision was made for me!
Does anybody know if the new Storms are coming with "de-labeled" 10 round mags, or do they still say CX4 on them?

The Storm is available in three models that share the same calibers and magazines as the Beretta 9mm model 92 and 8000, the .40 S&W model 96 and 8040, and the .45 Auto model 8045 Cougar. The controls are also very similar to Beretta’s popular 92FS pistol; so many shooters will be immediately familiar with the Storm’s operation.

Any idea what comes with it? I own a CX-4 pellet gun that comes in a nice Beretta hard case (which I'm pretty sure will work since it's a replica). Does it come with the top rail? Might just have to get an EOTech...
Where would be the best place to buy accessories? Wolverine again?
I had a Cx4 in .40
It comes in a zip - up style carry case that with a lock doubles as your storage.
I comes with a 2 point sling, cleaning kit ( actually really nice kit ) 2 mags and some pic rails.
There is a pull out rail under the barrel that is really cool.
As far as the mags having to be returned, I had mine and kept them, they were stamped 10 round mags. Im sure you can use the mags even if you get the longer barrel kit which makes it non restricted, somthing to do with them being pistol mags or somthing and the gov let them through. But dont quote me on this. Redleg or somone would know for sure.

yes you can use the mags.. the legislation pertains to the mag and what it was designed for..pistol mag=10 rounds...whatever you end up using it in.
I understand this point but I'm curious to know if Beretta now gives you 10 round mags without the CX4 label on them, since I believe this issue was way back when the gun was released. Any ideas?
Thanks for that I came across them on my google journey. Is there any sort of import restrictions as far as shrouds, EOTech's, etc?

last i heard people were getting 5 round mags w/ the rifle as the mags were stamped cx4.. not 92f (the handgun mag) for example. the cx4 mags are designated as a 'rifle mag'.
If you have 10 round mags with CX4 on them they are illegal. If you send them back to the distributors they will replace them with the same mag without the offensive words free of charge.

The distributor can't still be sending out illegal mags after all this time can they? I guess I'll find out in a week or so when I get my CX-4!
Are you saying you are getting your CX4 storm in a week?
I was told there are none in Canada. Am I getting short end of a stick from my local dealer? His delivery time will be April the earliest, or so he told me.
Well I guess I lucked out because they had a .40 at Wolverine! Didn't have any 9mm and I didn't ask if that was the last .40...
