Yes, they would be legal in Canada. It's not a supressor merely a 'dress up' part that looks like one.

For looks only.

Export regs from the US would be the biggest barrier - if it's under $100 then I think you would be OK.

Well I just received the CX4 today, 10 days from Manitoba to Vancouver, transfer included. Comes with 2 ten-round mags, side rail, top rail (yes!) cleaning kit and hard case. Cool little package, and the gun is super easy to field strip. Can't wait to shoot it, hopefully this weekend!

You lucky son of a gun! I am waiting for mine to arrive at the dealer in April, then it will take them 5-8 weeks to manufacture and blue the non-restricted barrel. But I still had some fun while waiting - the Kobra sight for her arrived a few days ago.

got it on the ebay

You should be able to find this unit on the ebay from the seller kabacan.
I used 'buy now' @ $230, plus $24 shipping. He's a good guy to deal with from the experience of this transaction ;);)
This is my 1st red dot, so no idea how it relates to others...

I just got mine from wolverine and never got a hard case. I was sure you got one but just ignored it. I think I will ask them about it. Man that pisses me off. I spent extra cash for nothing!

That's weird - what did it come in? A soft case, or just wrapped up? Did you get the tops rail etc?

I got everything except the hard case. It came packaged nicely in a cardboard box. Wolverine told me that they ship out what ever Beretta sends them and sometimes Beretta doesn't always ship the whole package out. To put it bluntly I was told "tough tahooties that you never got a case, it is Beretta fault and we can't do anything about it."
I would still buy from Wolverine cause they were helpful but come on how can a company ship out a package and only fill it with part of the product you are paying for. I don't believe the answer I was given but hey what am I gonna do when I live 3 provinces away.

Wolverine is correct...it's a 'crapshoot' on what rails/case/accessories happen to be in the box.
I personally 'lucked out, with a full rail set, my buddy got his with only one!
This is how they come from Beretta, and has nothing to do with the importer or distributor....
By the by, Wolverine is probably one of the best suppliers of goods to the Canadian shooting public..How the manufacturer decides to randomly supply their product is beyond Wolverine's control.

It's amazing that a big company can do this. Personally I will think twice about buying anything from Beretta if this is the case.
As for Wolverine I am already enquiring about buying from them again but it's not a Beretta product.
