just got an email and its processed

ordered two in Dec, they received my payment in Jan.

Got my RPAL early this month (March), a few emails later, no response. Looks like I was sent to the back of the line or something. Oh well.

You made a good choice . I bought 2 and its the best 240 I ever spent.( except that one night ............but we won't talk about that)

It will take at least a week for Mark to get to your email. If you call it will speed things up. Mark should be all caught up on his emails by Friday.
 
Yes I called and spoke to Mark and cancelled a previous order and ordered a 9mm as well and my status on my account still has not changed and that was last week. Boy you sure are lucky Simko. I'm a first time customer and hope be be a future one but I'm getting mixed messages. Should I call back and reconfirm? I know there busy there so i'm being patienent,but simko post got me wondering.

Now I don't want to say anything then have them get overwhelmed with phone calls tomorrow, but I called today, and within a couple minutes, everything was cleared up and dealt with.

I sent a couple emails a few weeks ago, but apparently the backlog is huge. I would say give it to the end of the week. If nothing changes by then, maybe send an email, followed by a call a few day later if you still get nothing.

Lucky guy - I ordered mine on March 9 - still "queued" ... :(

And Mark was quick to answer my questions - hats off to Mark and company for customer service!

Ordered mine today. Received my automatic Order receipt a couple minutes later. I'll let you know when i'll receive it.

called monday 5th may.was told my transfer was faxed to thekm that morning,and will be mailed out same day.came home and pistol was sitting in my gun room:eek::dancingbanana:
 
When a can-am order changes to processed, dose that mean its been shipped? Ordered a shotty a week ago, and on friday I was sent a 'order processed email' and my cc was charged. I assume this means it was shipped?
 
CanAm, is Norinco shutting down or something? It seems everything is discontinued, shipments are delayed, canceled, everyone is out of stock on everything. Well okay not everything but it just seems they're getting really hard to find.

Think the international consumer arms market is drying up due to regulations?
