ordering a 15 or 10 moa base REM700SA in Canada?

Anybody know where to order a 15 or 10 MOA base for a Remington 700 Short Action in Canada? I have checked every where I can think of. 20 MOA would be too much as I only have a range of 40 to begin with. Dealers welcome of course.

I think Alberta Tactical Rifle may be able to do a rail for you, though they mostly have 0, 20 and 40 MOA rails. You may have to order custom, which would probably be a bit more costly.
