I'm wondering if anyone has experience ordering parts from Numrich. I'm trying to buy a surplus G.I M14 stock. Any issues with their import process? What about the quality of their stocks compared to Treeline? Any feedback appreciated.

Treeline had problems with us customs won't ship any big parts to canada just Springs ect. Also windy city sourcing won't ship anything to canada right now......value of usgi parts just went way up if you own them in canada folks

easiest way is to buy a finished Boyds M1A/M14 stock directly from Boyds, or an M1A stock (complete with metal) from Brownells

Numrich "Due to heavy seasonal volume we are suspending all shipments that require export documentation until early 2017."

I recently attempted to order a H&R revolver part. The order was cancelled.

treeline does ship stocks to Canada but for some reason he won't ship the "Fred's" stocks to Canada at the moment. If you look at the other wood stock section he will ship the refinished stocks to you. They can be pricey but his refinishing technique is great. I have one and it is beautiful. Give him a call and I bet he can find a stock in your price range that he can ship to you.

I'll give that a try. I'm curious, did he refinish leave the cartouches intact or were they sanded off?

The cartouches look like they were stamped yesterday. All intact and perfect. Usually he states what the stamps look like. Ie. "Perfect DAS and proof P, etc.

Well, it looks like things have changed. I just heard back from Randy at Treeline and he says..."US Customs apparently does consider them an ITAR item to which the $500 exemption does not apply. Makes no sense, but they're in charge." Frustrating, to say the least!

Check with Prophet river if they can import it for you. They charge only $50 for gun parts(per item).
The only drawback is that it takes a long time to get to your door step.

What the?? A GI stock? How long ago did you order it? Maybe I'm just special.

I've been trying to order a fibreglass stock from treeline but keep running into the issue that it will not ship to Canada. Same goes for a USGI gas cylinder.

Does anyone else know where I can source these?
