I thought I had answered this but I thought what the heck, maybe someone else has a thought that might help. I’m ordering some parts for an antique revolver off of Numrich. Now they mention in their policy that since C-21 buyers are responsible for providing customs with proof you legally own your gun and have an exemption to order “handgun parts”.
Will customs consider these handgun parts? (I have an FRT report to back mine is an antique, but since these were manufactured past the cutoff date, the parts are shared with what would be considered a restricted)
considering antiques aren’t even considered firearms? And this isn’t any traceable part of one, or shared with anything else?
I’ve ordered springs, hands, screws, a trigger and a hammer essentially.
Anybody have experience with this?
