So I've got a bit of a conundrum. I've got a proper 1860s vintage Remington New Model Army that's just a lovely thing but it snapped its bolt spring the other day. They're pretty easily available online in the states, BUT my concern is that because modern replicas are super common, the packaging would probably be labeled as such, AND I don't have an RPAL, Could this be problematic with the new laws governing handgun parts? It's only a couple of buck so no biggie if it gets seized but I'd rather not get CBSA grumpy with me.
