Ordering directly from IMI Defense

Hey CGN'ers!!

I'd like to know if anyone has ordered anything right from the IMI Defense website. I see they ship with UPS but I've gotten some pretty hefty brokerage and duty fees from them. Not sure if it would change being shipped from Israel instead of the USA. I just wanted to know if anybody had first had experience in dealing with them and if any extra fees were incurred.

Looks to me like most of their stuff is another version of Fobus stuff available from site sponsor Zahal.org. I know Zahal ships fast and without issue!

Ups are cawksuckers, I always make sure to ask Who I'm buying from to either send by reg mail or use another shipper when buying things from the USA.

Just "self clear" the package. It's super simple and once you learn how to do it you'll never pay brokerage fees again.
