Ordering for 357 reloading

I've only loaded 9mm and 223 so far but going to start with 357 now that I own one.
Couple of questions, the primers, most of the data I see shows using Small Pistol Magnum Primers. Is this what most use for this? What about for 38 SPL Small Pistol?
The bullets I am looking at are not specifically shown in the load data I have. Is the weight the primary concern here? What about OAL for the specific bullets?

I'm going to be using CFE Pistol powder and H110. Looking at the berry's 158gr either HP or FP or the Campro 158gr Trunc Cone. Not looking for powder loads, just OAL length and the primers.
 
Small pistol primers are fine. The primer size has nothing to do with the name of the cartridge. Magnum primers are about the powder used. H110 likes magnum primers, as I recall, but isn't a suggested cast bullet powder. Only ever used it, briefly, in .30 Carbine a very long time ago. Apparently CFE Pistol does too. Read your manual.
Load for the bullet weight. Who made it doesn't matter. If the Berry's bullets are plated, use cast bullet data. Plated bullets are not jacketed bullets. OAL of a cast/plated 158 is 1.620"
You can load .357 brass with .38 Special data with no fuss(same primers). Best thing to do if you load cast bullets. They leave a ring of lube gunk in the cylinders that must come out if you ever shoot .38's then want to shoot .357. Isn't a big deal as the gunk ring comes out with a .45 calibre brush, but loading .357 brass makes it go away altogether.
 
I load both and use small pistol for .38 with either Titegroup or CFE Pistol and small pistol magnum for .357 with H110. I don't use .357 brass for both, and I shoot JHP so as to avoid any of the issues associated with lead and switching from 1 caliber to the other in the same cylinder
