I have ordered stuff from the before, but it seems the process is more painful than before. I followed all the instructions, saved the pdf, etc, loaded it up, filled in the blanks but can't get past the "SEND". I guess I'll just phone my order in.

Is there a minimum $$ amount to order, maybe?

Let us know how it goes. Many years ago I got lots of H-brand powder at a fair price via Higginsons. I would be interested in how available the various powders are there, and what total cost per pound works out to.

Well, I'm not ordering any powder. I had enough powder of various types to last me until I'm 150 years old, then bought 8lbs. of IMR 4831 at the Moose Jaw show. I'm good now for a few more months. :p

I'll phone.

I've emailed them a few times with what I'm looking for from their website. If it requires hazmat shipping (powders or primers), Mrs OD and I usually make an afternoon of it and go for a road trip.

They use to get cheap surplus but hasn't been any for years.

Jeez, I'm still burning some of that good stuff from the days of yore. I saved the old data sheets that they used to send with powder orders. I spoke with Thomas a couple of times. What a great fellow to talk with!

I always call in my order and they send me an invoice via email and I pay by E-transfer. Fast and easy. I called last week and within 15 mins of hanging up I had an invoice sent. I paid right way and it shipped out the next day. I've always had great service doing it this way.

I phone, give them my credit card info and my order is on its way next day. When I go to Ottawa, I'll drive the extra hour to go there and pick things up. Great bunch to deal with! With all the covid restrictions, if you are doing a pick up, call ahead they will bring your order out for you.

Totally out of stock on primers, but still showing stock on some powders (but none of the ones I use).

I suspect that a lot of us stopped buying powder when we had enough to go in front of our primers, and the reloading market may be stuck until primers come in again.

Just save the filled in form and email it to them

Do this, I ordered from them not that long ago and this was how I did it. Totally painless. I even had some stuff that was out of stock and they emailed me back and I was able to change it same day and painlessly. The submit button of the form doesn't work unfortunately.

Phone orders, with Part numbers off the website..all I have every done.
