I always call in my order and they send me an invoice via email and I pay by E-transfer. Fast and easy. I called last week and within 15 mins of hanging up I had an invoice sent. I paid right way and it shipped out the next day. I've always had great service doing it this way.

This is how I do it as well. I couldn't figure out how to send the PDF.

Just send them a email with your address and what you want. All I ever done with the 2 orders I placed in 2022. They get back to you in a day. It's super easy.

I email the order, and they process it or contact me in a day or two. Great bunch.

I do the same: usually inquire via email on availability of items of interest. They confirm stock and I order accordingly based on the reply. Always great service.

Jeez, I'm still burning some of that good stuff from the days of yore. I saved the old data sheets that they used to send with powder orders. I spoke with Thomas a couple of times. What a great fellow to talk with!

Wow they have little to no powder. Incredible.
Over the last 16 years I have ordered 24lbs at a time from them. Most of that has gone down range.
We need a Canadian powder manufacturing company to pick up the slack. One that doesn't send all the products south.
