My first time dealing with them was buying several magazines, unfortunately they only seemed to have one left of the type I needed. Called them to see when more were coming, the guy on the other end quickly double checked their inventory and turns out they had more on the shelf. He promptly updated the inventory on the website and I placed my order immediately after. I’ve only seen two other stores with the same level of care for customers.
