Orders placed between Christmas and now

Quick update, 1/2 the surplus went out today and a good hunk of the rest should go out tomorrow.

Now for a quick bite, then back out to the store to keep boxing.

Could you please explain what the difference between pending and processing is? I have to restricted purchases that changed from pending to processing today. Does this mean its already gone through the CFO or has the transfer been just started and is waiting for completion before shipping?

It means we have verified your information and processed payment. You'll probably get a second email later tonight or tomorrow with the reference number for the transfer. Once it is approved you'll get another email with the tracking number and it will switch to shipped.

Is it surplus? If not there were 700 plus orders on the 24-26th and we are working on them. If surplus pm me the order number.
