What are the key advantages of the Magpul bipod's pan feature, and how does it compare to other bipods on the market in terms of versatility and functionality, particularly when it comes to locking out the pan feature and compatibility with Atlas feet?

I got one...really wish I didn't lose the front sling swivel completely. Kind of annoying for a hunting rifle to have to choose.

Other than that seems very well made

I bought the sling stub version. Legs were stiff to deploy at first. Loosened the nuts a 1/4 turn, and now they deploy buttery smooth.

I need a pic rail version for another rifle next. And I have Cabela's gift cards too (wink, wink).
