OSA's Operational Sniper Match- Milcun Oct 2007

Remember guys all are welcome to come out to Milcun on April 14th for Pratice Cost is $25 for non members and we will be shooting out to 600Meters!

I will be there and bring a few newbies out too!!

Hungry,
Are we allowed to use a sling when shooting in an unsupported position(standing, kneeling, sitting)? Can we use a sling and/or a bipod in the prone position? Just very curious, and have never been to this event, yet.

YES, by all means use the sling, I've trained with one too. Just ensure that you employ the same rifle throughout the 12 (or is it 13?) matches.

I think I will have to make it a point of getting to this one. I am new to these "matches". I am more into going to the range and plinking. Are bipods allowed in the prone position?

I am sure we will be able to scrape something up for the prize table as well. I will discuss it with you further in a couple of months Hungry.
 
Cyber we can set up a Carpool to the event,I know of two others that are going out to the match so we can set up two teams!!


Milcin is awesome as is the OSA
