OTOKIAKS Spring Hunt 2013 pics.

Hello CGN, longest time no see, speak or hear with you all as my life has been beyond busy with work and stuff. Well I got outland on the weekend with 3 other lads and did some hunting finally. We caught 6 tuktu(caribou), 2 umingmak(muskox) and 1 amaruq(wolf) between us. I only got a muskox as that's what I was out for. I plan to do some more hunting this coming weekend weather permitting. HOpe you like the pics. We did approx 150plus miles in a circuit.

That was caribou we had just caught so fried it up for lunch on the go! We did a good circuit south of Rankin Inlet and then a loop approx 150plus miles around and back home over several big lakes and area's.

Thanks for posting! One of the best meats I have ever tried was caribou. It may have been how it was prapared, but the flavour and texture was excellent.
