It's a clinic and then match on Sunday AM. You won't need the clinic, but the match... you may find interesting because of some of the new moves found in CFSAC Match 2 (of the rifle stage). Trust me, all the soldiers we have hosted love the new CFSAC matches , especially match 2.1 through to match 2.4.... Great fun!

Hope this helps....

Timk is the OPI for this Ex... want his email?

The only way it'll work for me on Sunday is if I'm finished by noon.

I'm going to be doing some training with a unit from the CF in the early afternoon, so noon is my cut-off.....

5th match ? Since we are at the pistol bays, our 35 m distance match is reduced. Let Tim the master worry about that stuff. If the round count is still the same in my sticky(ies) then so be it. Tim has it all figured out, trust me ;)

So we still have some room left on the firing line for this weekend! $ 50 deposit is all we need to hold your spot! :)

And yes, static turns are part of the clinic now that we have them dialed down to a Science! Very few (likely NONE) clubs are running matches like this Static Turns stage, well right now anyways.

And just to keep your juices flowing:

Memories of our Jun 19 2010 CQB match Langemark Range, CFB Borden! Yahooo

Cheers,

I might grab a couple of friends and go watch on sunday

Sorry to bring bad news.... we are not allowing spectators for the clinic! Tim's rules! And as it says in the sticky(ies), spectators are not allowed during the Saturday Clinic. :(

BUT they are allowed/welcome for Sunday's Match! :D

I hope this clears up any confusion! :)

Cheers,
Barney

I just saw this for the first time and have to wonder , is this something you can use an m1a for ? or is it strictly for AR15s and 2 grand guns only ? lol would like to try sometime but just dont have the funds for an AR.

Hmmm last time I looked M1A's could be had for just a little over 2K$$

At our October Service CQB matches, the winning team shot (1 of them IIRC) a Norc M4 that one can buy for $ 700 plus Zhinese knockoff red dot sight. Where's pobcat? He will tell you that you don't need a $2K AR setup. Heck no! :D

And yes, if you shoot your M1A, you will do well, but I'm hoping you hand load yer ammo, it's very dear to shoot an M1A or 7.62mm platform.

Hope this helps...

i just didnt know if there was maybe a caliber restriction with the ranges being so close .
