Our Garand Sight friend in Italy.Anyone else not receive?

So has any one else have problems receiving from Andy? First order went great.This one for some garand parts has fallen flat. No parts in just about two months.

Same here.I've ordered from him several times in the past and always found him quick with good stuff. He is not responding to emails,nor does he have any current ebay listings. He must still be alive though as I see he has gotten some ebay feedback complaining about delayed shipping. Some time ago he sent out a shotgun message to past customers because his computer had crashed with a loss of data. My last payment to him was just plus of 2 months ago and I'm still waiting.

I've had an order with him that did not arrive, Canada Post problem, we can trace the item until it got to Canada. He offered to refund, I declined not his fault.....

Couldn't find him on eBay and I emailed him about a garand sight. It's been about 2-3 weeks and no response.

I have tried to buy Garand rear sights for about a year, and he never has any.

Took constant emailing over a couple of months but finally got my order. Won't be doing business with Andy anymore.

Bought from him before, no problems.
He had Garand NEW hammers and triggers as well as rear sights.
I emailed him about some Garand parts 2 weeks ago, and no response.

I got a response on the 6th of Dec saying he would refund, what was the item number, blah blah. Many e mails later and nothing.Too late for pay pal.I was trying to give him some more time since it came from Italy but I guess I procrastinated too long. Oh well the waiting game continues. Nice to know I'm not the only guy having issues with him.

I received some pinions that were left from my last order a couple days ago !
I tried to email him to let him know that they arrived and inquire about another future order. I did not receive a reply from my email.
My parts arrived on Tuesday.

Got an email from him today after repeated attempts at contacting him. He is having personal difficulties and is going to fulfill deals after some delay. I don't think I'd flash him up for anything else until he comes up for air and remains active for a while.

Andy finally came thru for me. As usual, good quality stuff. He puts his delays(in my case 31/2 months) down to personal problems.
