Hical SKS Zveruga
Zveruga means "beast" in Russian. The stock deserves the name because it turns a dated gun into a modern tactical beast. Zveruga is also an easy word to say in English and highly marketable (throw in some bear or other dangerous animal imagery).

Virtus Fortis - Latin for Strong Force

I don't see much latin in gun making, and this is definitely a new kind of SKS stock, so why not try something new in the name, and if it is made out of a gun grade aluminium, I think it will be put through some good hard ships without much damage.

Ok. Last chance to dance. One last plea for you to pick my entry. (I can't believe I'm being such a pathetic fanboy over this stock! But I can't help it. I want that thing bad!)

So here goes:

Not only does the name subtlely allude to its aluminum composition (as aluminum's atomic number is 13), but it's also visually pleasing as the first 2 characters and the last 2 characters are mirror images (which a REAL graphic artist could capitalize on and make a pretty striking logo for it). But best of all, it's not an acronym. The firearms world is already bathed in acronyms and it would be nice to have a new stock that breaks that mold, so to speak.

Anyway, you guys have a great looking stock there, and this thread has been a fun excercise anyway.

Cheers,

KodiakJack
