Out-of-Stock Powders in Canada

Just this AM we have received invoices for a large shipment of VihtaVuori powder which will be ready for sale by us on June 1st this year. Included is N555 but the new N568 is not yet approved by ERD NRCAN so it won't make this shipment. From the fine people at VihtaVuori: "Also the approval process for N568 is ongoing so we are waiting for the feedback from Canadian authorities."

We are already working on further orders for Lapua-VihtaVuori-SK and are committed to meeting demand.

Of course. My query is about what the typical wait time is (if there is a typical one).

Any answers you get won't be meaningful. "typical" 2 years ago was a month or two. There is no "typical" right now. Maybe next month, maybe next year but closer to the latter would be a reasonable assumption.

Hows that working for you so far? PPC seats in Parliament =0. Not much of a voice.

From what I've seen on the Canada Ammo website, I don't think any of the Dominion powders would substitute for what I'm looking for at the moment--Norma MRP, IMR 7828.

RL22-25 will cover both of those quite well.
