Had one...didnt like the accuracy...couldnt wack gophers with it as well as my 10-22 so away it went

Actually, the AR180B-2 is the old version.

I just picked my AR-180 up yesterday but it's the prohib model. Have any of you shot the old 180 and the new 180B models to compare them?

They are great guns but it scares our brave MP's on the hill.

I need a QD scope mount for my 180 if someone has one they want to sell send me a PM.

I had one 20 yrs ago & it shot fine . compared to my 180B that broke 2 receivers but is working OK now .
Of coarse you know you can't take that 180 out & shoot it ( Legally )

I'm probably way off the truth on this... but isn't the upper on these considered the reciever, and isn't it not able to take AR 15 parts?

The lower is the receiver . and the orig 180 (prohib) receiver will interchange with the new 180B upper . But the stamped steel lower is prohibited
