Do you mean that you are having great difficulty opening the action after firing?
If so, I had the same problem with mine. I traced the problem to ammunition. Cheap Winchester game loads (Bass Pro special) would expand upon firing into the small area between the extractors and the barrel proper. This wouldsieze the action unless brute force was aaplied. The use of other types (Remington Gun Club, Winchester AA, Federal Hi-Brass, Super-X 00 Buck) of shells eliminated the problem.
Another item of note is if you are having difficulty closing the action after loading the Outlaw. When ammunition is put into the chamber it can push the extractors in ever so slightly. This puts the extractor lug out of alingment with their grooves in the reciever. A slight beveling with a small file and a small dab of grease fix this problem.
