Outstanding service from Holosun.

So I order a Holosun red dot from Canada Ammo a few weeks ago. It arrived on Wednesday. Dead. Battery drained in a few hours even when off did some testing. Yup. Dead. I emailed Canada Ammo on Friday, who replied within a few hours that I should email Holosun directly as they like to handle warranty issues with clients. (Yeah I know, uh oh... here we go!)

I get an email back from James the Holosun guy on his cell within a few hours. Asked me a few questions. New optic on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday in a box with a prepaid return label. James also included spare batteries to replace the ones I'd used in testing. The new sight works great and customer service like that? Damn. Well done Holosun, thanks much.
 
I had the same level of customer service from them. I have two of their red dots and couldn't be happier with their products.
 
Whats the dot like? Nice and round? Brightness levels ok?

Sharp, bright and well defined, their circle dot reticle is better than my eotech's reticle.
I'm going holosun with all my rifles, KAC, Swiss arms whatnot...I genuinely like holosun's reticle & battery life combo better than anything else on the market, not just it's price...until aimpoint come out with a circle dot,
or Eotech with 20k hours battery life...I will stick with my holosuns :)

That being said, que the "if it's a good product you shouldn't need warranty" crowd in 3...2...1...
 
Good to know they stand behind their product like that. I've been very happy with my 503C. As stated, the reticle is nice and sharp, plus solar power means I should rarely ever have to worry about battery life. It's just too bad my astigmatism doesn't allow me to see a nice defined dot, but that's my issue and not Holosun's fault.
 
Thats to take in consideration! I'm still waiting for a eotec that was shipped in september for repair!!!

I'm super happy. Nice to see other folks commenting have had good service as well. I talked to a few owners before I bought the sight and they were all pleased. Can't wait to get it out to the range, it's my first red dot and I'm loving the reticule.
