The true test of a business is how they handle problems, not sales. SFRC recently impressed me beyond expectation. This type of service is RARE in 2024:
I purchased a new rifle from SFRC and it arrived in a timely fashion as per the norm, but the rifle had a serious problem. I contacted them to ask for assistance and I received a quick reply from Marcie. She immediately sent me a pre-paid Canada Post label to return the rifle to them to have their Gunsmith look at it. Once they received the rifle back, I received a next day response and they offered me a replacement.
They sent me a more expensive stainless version of the same rifle to replace the faulty one, as they had no more of the same model in stock. They immediately shipped it to me and I received it in good order.
I just wanted to say "thanks" for your dedication to serving us.
