an AR can be fired under water. just once, the second shot will blow it up.

Honestly, I couldn't even tell you - although it's entirely possible. Personally I'd find it really hard to do this to any $2,500+ black rifle just for kicks - even an XCR (well, maybe a Norc... from a distance). Maybe TV-Press will "dazzle" us this summer.
Yeah, he does another video and says the reason it kept popping open was because he didnt close it properly in the first place.
