I tryed ordering a folding stock for a CZ from Numrich and i got this in return.........the item only cost 35 and even with shipping and handling it should have been under 100 .... and its not a functional piece that the firearms requires to function but i got this .
did everyone else know this ?

Dear Sir,

We have cancelled your order. All orders over $100 or that contain a restricted part must be mailed to us with an import license from your government and we would license this shipment with our U.S. State Dept. We charge an additional $35 license processing fee. Some restricted items are barrels, bolts , bolt assembly's , cylinders , MI Carbine parts and assault rifle parts. Also we do not export large capacity magazines, receivers, ammo, full auto parts and complete guns.

Per our US State Department regulations the CZ58 is a restricted weapon and parts for it must be ordered with a Import License

Thank you,
Renate

all parts for modern military rifle are on the list. the fun thing is that for exemple M14 parts are on the list but M1A parts are not... M16 parts on the list, ar15 no probleme. in your case the US dosent belive the CZ are any diffrent from the originals so thats why no parts and no importation on a form 6 for them its a machine gun

"...where is this list?..." Gunparts has it on their site. Go to their site and click on 'Ship outside the U.S.' on the navigation menu on the left. It'll take you to a page with a link to the list. Scroll down and click on 'Restricted models list'.
"...M1A parts...ar15..." That's because neither are military rifles. They're both commercial copies.

ah guys i just found this on gun broker....

Czech Machine Gun Kit, Folding Stock Original CZ Model VZ-58 machine gun kit with all parts including barrel and military bakelite stocks, easy to assembly. Select fire and still in service today, 7.62x39 with variants in both a fixed and folder stock. Internal parts are different than Russian AK-47 but the appearance is similar. The receiver is a replica and the kit contains no full auto parts and this kit can not be made into a gun, totally inert. No magazine included, used in very good condition and extra easy to assembly with standard hand tool.

the seller said he would ship internationally would a export permit still be required?
Has anybody bought these "kits" here if so it would be cool to switch out the stocks and have the fixed stock as a wall hanger

IF anybody can help me out with thier expieriance I would appreciate this
I have no desire to do anything illegal even unwittingly, thats why i am asking for advice.
