Not sure of the exact # but over 26" when folded. I'm doing a similar build so I measured a friends rifle to be sure I kept on the good side of the law.
Prior to selling mine, I was considering shortening the barrel to about 14" and building a whisper project. With the stock folded, a 14" barrel was just about right to keep it non-restricted.
