Two thumbs way up!!!

Ordered some handgun ammunition less than 24 hours ago and it is now in my mags and my lock-up. Great service and speed thanks P&D.

P-D has seen alot of my business as well. I have purchased over 6k rounds from them and 1 firearm. One of the best for customer service. I will continue to support their business as well and many other good businesses in the industry.

I bought my Benneli, SBE II from them. No dicker on sticker, but there price was better than anyone elses.
I wouldnt hesitate to order more items throught them.

I deal with them all the time. Good service and very friendly. Unlike another store in town I know of where a certain sales guy likes to belittle the customers. :mad:

Been there, done that, won't ever go back.

I know exactly what place your talking about and their not a supporting dealer, so guess what? starts with P, ends in hoenix.

I've bought the following from P&D (in no particular order):

Ruger 10/22 with Tasco 3-9x package;
Tikka T-3 Lite in .300 WSM (and the Bushnell Elite 3200 5-15x40AO on top of it);
HK USP Compact in .45 ACP;
Ruger P345 in .45 ACP (for the girlfriend);
Hi-Standard Field King c/w hand-tooled leather holster (estate sale, collecting);
Ruger Super Blackhawk Stainless Hunter 7-1/2" bbl in .44 Rem Mag;
Beretta 96D c/w Trijicon 3-dot sights, .40 S&W;
Mossberg 590 c/w pistol grip and breaching standoff bbl,12 Ga.;
Bushmaster XM15E2S in 5.56x45mm;
Para-Ordnance P14.45 Ltd 2-tone, .45 ACP;
and every round of ammunition that's gone through these firearms since their purchase, with the exception of some handloads in .45 ACP.

Yeah, there's a reason I keep coming back.

Well no I wasn't actually talking about starts with P, ends in hoenix. But it does rhyme with NilCharm.

Ive went in there twice, the first time, I asked about Norc M14s, the guy sneered at me and went on a rant about how he would never have that junk in his stock.(there are people everywhere who dont like Norc, so I didnt hold that against him)
I went in there again 2 years later(about 3 months ago) and wanted to buy some ammo.The guys behind the counter just sat there talking to their friends like the old boys club, I was invisible or something.I`ll never be back there, ever.

With Milarm, Ive had great experiences myself.I know that a lot of people take Gord the wrong way, but he is just a sarcastic SOB. Whenever I go there, I deal with Mike, I get VIP service every time!
(that said, I know of a newbie who didnt know much about guns that felt like he got burned on an SKS there!)

P and D, Ive had nothing but excellent service there.The main thing is that they usually have evertything I need.As far as prices go, well, really, who does have anything for dirt cheap anymore, really

I used to go there awhile back when i was doing workup training in Edmonton, they treated me like gold. A few months ago i called asking about getting same day ATT's and paperwork for a pistol like they used to do back then because my friend was looking to buy a glock and whoever it was on the phone was a real jerk....only way to put it, rude and snippity, saying they don't do that anymore..and that's fine if they don't it was just his tone when i was asking questions that i didn't particularly like....i used to make trips up from calgary to give them my business but i don't think i will waste my time anymore. It's sad that businesses don't see how easy it is to lose business, however, i guess when times are good they could care less as they are getting high volumes...i'll give Alberta Tactical my business from now on, i know they don't sell pistols but they will spend hours talking to you, unreal service.

Are you refering to P&D or some other business. If it is our store then I'm sorry you felt you were treated bad and if so you have my apology as that is not our regular level of customer service. Call me drect if you ever have any problem with our business. Phil.

Doc M thanx for the support over the years as repeat business tells us were doing something right. Phil.

I heard a P&D radio commercial on cisn fm a couple times. I had NEVER heard a gun store commercial on the radio before. I almost cried.
