+P loads

Hi, can anyone find me some loads for a .45+P cartridge, with 230GR FMJ, or I might pick up some JHP's....
Not sure where to look for +P loads?

Any loading manual will have Min/Max loads for the .45acp. Why would you want to go that route anyway? The .45acp even in +P configuration is a bit of geriatric when it comes to speed. Does most it's damage due to it's size. Particularly true with the 230 gr FMJ Rn.

id be interested as well. i know with accurat #7 there is a load in my lee manule for a 230grain at 900fps i belive.
