What can you tell me about this holster?
The stamp on the back is WaA 136 and it is dated 1939. I can't quit make out the other marking but it starts UGS then three or four letters that I can't quite make out.
WaA136 was inspected/made at Hans Deuter or Karl Ackva or Auwaerter & Bucbeck. in 1939. Unable to find an info on UGS and UGS could be after war mark. The missing 3 letters will probably be one of the three factories named above. It was made in Germany for sure as it was 1939 just prior to the Germans confiscating enemy factories and using them too. It has a belt loop loose plus som minor scarrs from the pics. Provided the eagle is clear above the Wa code i'ts valued at about $150 range and with the tool. if marked $225 range.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for the information. I don't think the tools is the original one for this holster, but it is marked with an eagle and WaA 83 or possibly 85, the stamp isn't clear. The holster came with a '39 dated P08 in it. It is a WWII bring back.
