P17 with Stith scope

A friend has a sporterised P17 with a Stith 4X scope mounted and I am trying to determin weather this is a military scope .The rear mount is held on with 3 screws on the right side of the reciever the windage is on the right side of the rear mount.The front mount seems to fit in the original front sight location and the ring screws onto this mount.The elevation is adjusted on top of the scope.He wants to sell the rifle and scope and I am just trying to figure a price.Anyinfo appreciated
