p226-np22 grip compatibility

just wondering if p226 custom grips will fit my norc np22

I recently put a set of Sig 226 grips on my NP34.
I understand that they will fit the NP22 without an issue.

On mine though I had to take some material of the mag base plates as the grips sit
just a bit lower at the bottom. I could have also just sanded some wood of the grips but i left the grips alone.

I got hogue grips for a 226 for my np22 fit perfectly

I have tried a few variants, Sig E2 grips were the best.
to each their own
