I've said this before about SIG-Sauer guns, they get too carried away now, got those CNC machines, have to use them.
The beavertail is utterly pointless and the SRT I have to say doesn't appear to help much if at all.
And you can't just take the E2 and change the grips, the trigger has to be replaced too.
You can remove the E2 grips with the tool that comes with, all you need is two new grips and 4 screws. The trigger doesn't have to be replaced?
