Looking for a P226R DAK, but can't seem to find one. Anyone got any leads on where I should be looking?

Alternatively, is there anyone in Canada that can turn my double action p226
into a DAK. I believe I have a DAK compatible frame.

I would first ask Questar (site sponsor) if they can order this particular model... I'm sure they can. Might be a 3 month+ wait however.
 
The DAK conversion is not that hard. If your frame is compatible it's just a matter of switching out the parts. The parts are not cheap though and getting them may be a problem. Top Gun Supply has a list of the parts you will need and a pic of a compatible and non-compatible frames in their FAQ section.
You don't have a location in your profile so I'm not sure where you are. If you decide to do it yourself I will send you the step by step instructions from the Armorers Manual if you like.
I really like the DAK system and I have converted several of my own pistols but you may find it easier to just order a complete pistol.
