P232-230 compatability

Perhaps a dumb question, but I just want to be sure....

Would factroy p232 grips fit a p230? Same question, but regarding magazines?

both grips and mags are interchangeable between the P230/P232

Depends on how old your P230 is, if you've got one of the really early ones from the 1970s, there are differences. If your P230 is from the 1990s there shouldn't be a problem.
