Got my P320s back, very fast turnaround.. less than 2 weeks, they also replaced a front night sight according to a note, so it looks like they check a few more things?..

A week? Yeah, sounds about right. I was very surprised to see a Canada Post door knocker this fast.

I got the email a couple of days ago and followed the instructions but found was told that the return authorization number was not valid when I tried to generate a return label



I sent an email regarding this to 320upgrade@mdcharlton.ca

So far the experience from them is great - straight forward process.

I had mine done this fall as well. It was very straightforward and three weeks turnaround for me as well.
