P38 or luger holster

Hi,
I was given this holster the other day by my same friend who gifted me a very nice P38. They were both brought back from overseas by his grandfather in the 40s and have both in a closet ever since. I would like to know the value of the holster as I don't think I'll keep it.

It looks like a Luger holster----with a Luftwaffe belt buckle.
