Pacific C Press

OK guys, I have an old Pacific C press ( the lite yellow colored one). It has the interchangable Rams for each case rim size. The 2 Ram's that I have, #1 fits 308 and my 6.5X55 perfectly, and the #5 ram Mic's out to fit 44 Magnum and 444 Marlin cases. My question is, Was there a ram made that takes the standard shell holder's we use today? Would cost a fortune to have a new ram machined to fit.

i'm not sure if someone had it custom made or not, but they had a shell holder for an odd ball press to convert it to today's styles.

Yes I think they did or some one made one for them, I have some old paper work here I will look. I think a lyman spartan ram and RCBS junior rams are all the same

Sweet press btw. I'm not sure I'd want to do a lot of swaging with it, but it'll surely make some good ammo.
Especially with a new ram.

And it was a sweet deal. Picked up 2 of them for $30 at the Medicine Hat gun show last fall. For $15 a press it was a NO-BRAINER!
