Just a warning to anyone looking at buying the bottom metal and mag from PT&G. They make the bottom metal with action screw spacing of 7.524". No returns. My 550 as well as any other I have measured have action screws at 7-7/8" apart so I have no clue where PT&G got their info from. I had CZ USA measure an action, LGS measure one as well as another member of this forum. All are longer.
Also, getting info from PT&G is very hard. Took a ton of effort to even get the 7.524" answer to confirm the bottom metal I received was built correctly. I also asked what it does fit and got no answer. Anyways just a warning to make sure you measure your rifle before ordering.
On a side note, if anyone has a CZ550 with action screws at 7.524" center to center, please let me know what model it is! I would like to pick one up just to use the part.
