Packing extra ammo

I am looking to see what everyone is useing for packing extra rounds while out. On my .410 I use a rifle buttstock neoprene thing to hold 6 shells. Stays on the front rack of the quad. Fast to load the single shot for grouse. Trying to figure out something for my rifles. Had enough on the cartridges jingling in the pocket.

I ride in to hunting areas with my quad as well...the neoprene buttstock holder works for shotgun shells because the plastic part of the shells lets the neoprene get a grip. This you already know. The vibration and motion of a quad will work rifle cartridges out of a standard buttstock holder, and you'll lose them. Fortunately the issue has been dealt with, and next to the standard holders in a gun store you can find buttstock holders with a covering flap that folds over the cartridges and is held shut by Velcro. This keeps them snug and they won't vibrate out like they would with the standard buttstock holder. I epoxied another Velcro strip on the back of the holder so I could Velcro the flap open when I want to, in cases where you want easy access to your ammo and might be loading and unloading the rifle a few times.
