Pact Timer?

I have a PACT MKIV XP Timer/Chrono and screens that I got from Brant Shooting Sports. It works great and I love it, but Ive ordered from them twice and I wasnt happy with Brants communication style both times and I wont buy anything from them in the future if I can get it somewhere else. YMMV.

I placed an order with them and I will see how it goes, it takes "Good Customer Service" to keep me a repeat customer.
 
I ordered mine direct from Pact, I have MK III, many years ago. I have recently ordered the IR screens for it. The only difference between the new timer/chrono is the separation of the screens.
