My wife's looking to paint her sig frame pink but a in your face slap you around bright pink. Any suggestions who does something like that? I showed her armacoat and there pink is to dull for her.

Duracoat is the only one I know of who's color pallet has ' neon ' type colors. You need to read through the order info carefully because it's a touch more complicated. You need a certain base if you use the neon stuff.

Check with arma just in case, they might be able to mix you a batch a tone or so brighter or suggest a buff + armaclear finish.

All of the thin film coatings in bright colors need a white undercoat first, even on bare abrasive blasted metal. If you don't, it will be dull no matter whose product is used. Done right it will hurt your eyes to look at.

RGV is 100% correct, must a white base coat. There is one we did in the Firearms Coatings album of our Facebook page.

Yep, you need the white base coat for the pink to pop out. Duracoat kits are available with smaller amounts of white and larger amounts of pink, but a pistol would need very little paint. You can paint up a 870 for her at the same time!
