Painting My mossberg 500

ok, I've stripped down one of my mosberg 500's and am curious what to use on my reciever to strip off the coating and have it prepped for gunkote.

also any other prep tips for the barrel and other etc etc....

oh yah my reciever is aluminum.

Let me know how this turns out, Got a 590, thinking of doing the samething,not sure if I'll go tan or green,...maybe grey.

im thinking doing OD for the whole thing.... and leaving the PG and foregrip black synthetic
