Painting stocks

Just painted my first stock. First air rifle I ever used, grandfathers. From germany circa 1970. Was all beat up so I gave my stock painting skills a test.
Any good? And please post your own painted stocks!

Looks good, but you better be careful setting it down outside, you may never find it again:

Looks good. I'm not sure what heat tolerance that stock has, but baking a painted surface significantly hardens the painted finish making it much more durable.

I painted this one, first with truck bed liner (black) and then a over coat with Krylon (green). I should have given it a coat of clear krylon because the green wears off in spots after a while.
