Pakistan Ordinance Factories

It's easy to make weapons once the Germans/Russians design them for you and set-up the manufacturing line. But I wouldn't mind an MG3.

Not just L2A3. Back alley Taliban gunsmiths can make LE, AK, Sten, RPG and any other knockoff guns down to the fake markings. Easily put Norinco to shame.

Have we all forgotten that the Pakistani Military Intelligence Services are the Taliban's best friends?

...and the Western Governments have nobody but themselves to blame if we have to go to those groups to be able to affordably and reliably import those firearms. I'm 100% certain most people on here would much rather buy those from the original US or German manufacturers but their Governments have made it impossible for those manufacturers to export their products.

Are they still making sterling SMGs? Maybe we could order up some semi-auto "police carbines".

Pakistan didn't make Sterling(the local gunsmiths makes Sten), but India is apparently still making them.......

BTW it has been suggested that during the Saddam regime that the Sterlings in Iraqi service are imported from India as officially the Sterling Armament Company sold only very few of them(perhaps about 5~10), and by the time the Iraqis are looking for more Sterlings the license agreement between Sterling and Indian Ordnance Factory is about to expire, so the Indians are ready to sell Sterlings to anyone who are interested.....

You're right, I was thinking IOF not POF. Anyway, methinks either Marstar, Wolverine, or CanAm should get on this RFN :D.

I see. We'll put money in the hands of those who are at war with us. I'm sure our troops would understand.

I'm sure our troops are gonna be high on the buyers lists. I don't know of too many of our troops who agree with the BS rules we have to deal with as Canadian gun owners (and I know a lot of troops).

Is it right? Probably not. But then again, neither are those stupid rules that prohibit us from being able to support the good guys.

Do what you feel is right and let others decide what they feel is right. You may want to read your signature line again. I think I hear a pot calling...
